this letter has been written to make you aware that my ACER LAPTOP 57382 is not working properly although it is in guarantee period and is also shown at the service center many a times . but no achievement regarding improvement in my laptop is shown
my laptop yet in guarantee period but service center is demanding cash .
so i want a strict and major action to be taken either for betterment in my laptop or refund my money back . so its a request that kindly a strict action to be taken.
