The display on the screen of my laptop had gone while working on Internet.

I had given my laptop {Hp laptop Nx620 (AB 230 av)} on 13th January at hp
authorized service center (A-200, Okhla Industrial Area Phase-1, New
Delhi-110090). It is under warranty.

*Problem Statement*:

I repeatedly call them and ask them about my laptop, whether it is repaired
or not.

They replied me that they will replace the display part and within 2-3 days
it will be repaired. But even after a month , they have not repaired it.

I have registered the complain at their website too.

On 11/2/2008, they have just send an sms to me and asked me too wait.

But I cannot wait and I asked them to provided the laptop for the time being
but they refused.

They are exploiting me as they have not repaired the laptop and I want to
get justice and get compensation too

So, I want the helping hand from consumer court and want them to teach the
lesson.

Hope you comprehend my problem.

An early action will be highly appreciated.
