Dear sir,
on 17-10-09 I have purchased your product a lapto U 39 with serial no 9093ax085659. From first it create many problem when i go to service center the engineer told that hard disc is faulty & it will replaced in one month. it was replaced with a another old one in two month (call id is 03c090206). after it the speed of laptop is very slow & it hang up regularly DVD RW is not working properly many time i went to service center (Shree Hari authorised service center bajrang bhawan rohtakHR)with call id 287100008 after one month the engineer replaced the original parts RAM & DVD RW with old one. Now the whole laptop become old one and still it is in warrantee not working properly Ihave get harrassed mentally by hcl by providing so poor quality of the product and cheating on the name of service by changing the new parts with old one when new parts not working properly then how can old ones and if system with so many old parts then why we purchase new we will purchase old . HCL just passing the guaranttee period replacing the old parts and after it they sold costly spare part this is the whole stratetgy. please take action otherwise an unsatisfied customer will take route of customer court.
