Hello Sir/ Madam,

I would like to register my anguish with you. I bought a Compaq Presario v3035tu laptop almost 2 yrs back from hyderabad. The laptop was having some or ther other problem from day one. Whenever we took it to the authorised repair cente they would repair it and say its fine . We told them to replace it as if being so new it is performing so bad , it would definitly be a pain later. the same thing happened. They didnt change the notebook and right after 1 year passed there was a problem with the display of the notebook. We took it to the so called authorised dealers and were told that we will have to shellout 20,000 rs to get the problem corrected. And the also said throw this away , buy a new one, as if they would give t for free. After too much of research we got it repaired also. and gave rs 5000. It didnt work even for 2 days at a stretch and again the same problem is there. This guy at the Authorised Service centre took 1700 rupees just to identify the problem.

Another firend of mine had the same model and told me that all the v3035tu models are having the same problem. There are no numbers where you can actulayy talk and at service centre there only big CHEATS AND IDIOTS sitting who think that money is not earned but grown.

I need either a new working laptop or my money back . What on earth are these guys ding with such big nmaes. They are nothing but THUGS.

Please let me know how I can drag them to court for justice. I can provide all the minute details once I get some assurance that I will get some help.
