I have purchased laptop in US with a promise that customer service will be provided any where in the world.
My laptop key board not worked properly when I was in US and subsequently DELL USA has given new keyboard, so far so good.
When I tried to install, with the help of Tech Support from DELL( She is inexperinced) my laptop had several problems after that.
I transferred my International warranty to Indian warranty. I contacted DELL India about my problem, but no one listening.
DELL India customer care is horrible and they are rigid, arogant very rude. They are asking me to pay 1364 for service and get repair my laptop. This is very much cheating customers.
Please help me in resolving. My service tag ID is :2BQ0PF1.
