i had purchased hcl notebook .before buying lot of promising by salesman for service.but after bought i analysed its all false .because uptil now i have replaced motherboard of my laptop morethan 8 times .at everytime they kept my laptop morethan 20 to 25 days.i m a engineering student and without laptop i had gone through lot of trouble in studies.right now my laptop is again in the service centre from 22 march 2009.and yet they r not giving me any confirmation yet.please help me to solve out my problem either by replacing notebook or mother board as soon as possible.this problem is not yet come the problem starts next one month after bought the laptop

Thanks for contacting us again, as you mentioned that 8 times the mother board is changed, it means the mother board is not repairable as it is creating problem again and again, call the customer care of the parent company and tell them all the details and ask them for the replacement or refund.

Note: Keep all the job sheets safe.

sir today is 24th day yet there is no solution of my problem.ankur garg who is branch head of viman nagar branch pune give me in written that after replacing motherboard he will give me delivery at my home on 11april.but he cant give .now they give me a secondhand laptop for temprory use on 11th april which have battery backup as zero.also there is softwere problem which cant be rectified because dvd rom is not working .At present they dont receive mt calls also.i m engg. student its time of exam so without laptop i cant prepare .so please help me to take a strict action against this company and also i want replacement of my laptop also.my lot of money about 1000 to 1500 goes in petrol and making calls to their service center ,and delhi service center also .their letter in written form is below

As per the discussion your laptop will be ready and delivered to your place on 11th April 2009 at 1PM as it was pending from 23rd March 2009, with all testing and diagnosing. I hope the problem will not persist in future.

they gave me my laptop the last day but still he laptop have a display problem.the engineer told us that its a pcb problem which they had replaced recently.what i do know?............and no response from u also they keep my ram of 1gb .when i told them they give me some other cheaper company which has not mine whats going there i also dont know plz file my case against them
