Dear Sir/Madam,
I purchased a dell laptop (model: Latitude D830) 3 yrs back. I had warranty till 18 July 2010. I had a problem with my LCD screen. So they replaced the LCD screen with a new one (as they say) just few days before the warranty ended. Soon after that, again a new problem with the LCD screen started. The screen started turning black while operating my laptop. At the initial stage of this problem, i could resolve it by restarting my system and the frequency was too less. But now the frequency is very high and couldn't resolve it by restarting the system. I never know when my screen is going to turn black or light up. This is a serious problem for me as almost 70% of my official and personal work is dependent on my laptop. I tried calling Dell Support but they are ignoring me as my warranty has ended. I think that the problem is due to mishandling of the part from their side while dispatching it to me. The engineer came to me with the LCD screen but there was no protection for it (no case or something).
Please help me deal with this problem. Consider this case as urgent and please do the needful.
