This is Darshan Shah here , I have given my laptop for reparing on 23rd Feb 2009 , My reference id is 2605965177-261 .Its already past 35 days they do not have given my laptop back . They have told me that mother board has to be replaced but they do not have any inventory with them , hence are wating for their bangalore office to give them the part.

The head at service centre at dadar ( SIMTECH COMPUTRONICS (P) LTD.) Mr Yogendra does'nt want to take their customers seriously and do not wish to come on phone even when i can hear his voice talking to his colleauge mr Dhiraj telling him WHY SHOULD HE TALK TO CONSUMERS AS HE IS HEAD OF DEPT? AND HE HOLDS RIGHT WHETHER HE WISHES TO TALK TO CONSUMERS OR NO. HP SERVICE CENTRE DIRECTED US TO MR RAKESH HEAD MUMBAI DIVISION FOR THE PART WHICH IS REQUIRED FOR MY COMPUTER.

MR RAKESH TOLD US THAT IT'S THE BANGALORE OFFICE WHICH IS NOT SUPPLYING THEM THE PART. HE EVEN GOT ANGRY WHEN I CALLED HIME TWICE TO KNOW THE STATUS OF MY COMPUTER AND TOLD ME VERY RUDELY TO GO TO CONSUMER COURT.
MA MADHURI SENIOR PERSON HP SANTACRUZ HEAD OF MR RAKESH SAY'S THAT SHE CANNOT COMMENT ANYTHING REGARDING THE MATTER AND WAIT TILL HP HAVE IT'S INVENTORY FOR UNLIMITED PERIOD .

I AM 28YRS OLD , HAVE JUST STARTED MY BUSINESS AND HAD TO FILE MY RETURNS ONLINE. NOW BECAUSE OF CARELESSNESS OF HP AND INEFFICIENCY OF PEOPLE AT HP , I MAY LAND UP FILLING LATE MY RETURNS .

PLEASE HELP ME OUT , I AM GETTING DISCOURGED OF DOING BUSINESS , I AM FEELING HELPLESS AND ALONE .
