This is compliment letter for HCL sales
and complaint letter for HCL servie center pune.

1. when i try to register the product it says serial no. is invalid. service center people say no need to register your product.
2. with hcl leaptop mileap i got antivirus bit defender..
again which is unable to register at their website.
3. my first visit to service center.
problems:
3.a. start time 7to10mins comment on screen "updating configuration"
3.b. webcam not working.

4. To and fro to service center :
first visit : engineer took lappy inside for 30 mins and replied he solved problem.. by reaching home i realised , HCL people are also part of the cruel customer crushing catogary. as problem was literally untouched.
second visit: accepted laptop on 14mar09 saturday .
third visit : said she need to set up vista , so pls bring vista cd. amazed set up for such a small problem
fourth visit: on 21mar09 "start time was ok. but new problems have started in my laptop
4.a. buttons on front panel not working like launcher , rotation ,etc.
4.b. touch screen also not functioning
Thus i hv to leave without taking lappy.
fifth visit: touch screen was working , but one of the button i.e. rotation was not working..
nyways i collected it..
but when i reached home i realised major problem with the speed while browing on internet.
moral of the story :: hcl products are good w.r.t price sensitivity.
better give price to dell or hp then this blood pressure raising
mental torture by these sapheads.

did your laptop problem get resolved HCL is going to take bach all Z35 laptops. what is your model no. and sr. no.

DEAR SIR,
This is related to complaint against HCL service centre, Vimannagar pune.
The HCL laptop which was taken from X-CITE aUNDH pUNE, WITHIN TWO MONTHS OF ITS PURCHSE IT GIVES booting problem as well as automaticaly gets shut down. so for the same laptop was given to service centre, but till now i e after one month they didnt responded properly and behaving negligencly even these people didnt reply on phone.

I purchase a new HCL ME Laptop Model No. HCL3853 from your shop House of Laptop on 22/11/2010 with Invice No. T3075, Supplier's Ref. 30624 Prakash, Buyer,s Order No. 30624, Despatch Document No. inv. no. T3075. On the day of purchase I was clearly & confidentely avoid to purchase same, because I don't know about same. So I was requested on that day for HP or DELL Laptop. But you forced me to parchese it. At that time you are given some drawback of HP & Dell Laptops & superity and long Battery backup (upto 5Hrs). You all said that you are not a computor engg. or tech. & the service centre all over india, also in your city, Latur, which is inform me on phone, so please lesson me & purchase same. I lesson your opinion & purchase same but after same brought at home then touch pad is not working. I contact you on phone but every time you avoid me. On 05/02/2010 laptap is send for repair & which is return after one month. But after repair same laptop was not working properly, hanging, CD/DVD are not open properly (small crash on CD/DVD, pirated CD/DVD), Battery backup is not more than 1hr., laptop become very warm. Some hidden folders on D Drive/Folder Recycler, System information, etc. So I want change same foulty laptop for my convenience & avoid my loss.

Sir you promise to give STANBY laptop during the repair the same. I send same faulty laptop along with Mr. Omprakash Swami, but you refuse to give standby laptop. You also given assurrance for great help on your side, but you are diverting my mind from that moment. This is a deficiency of service on your part. Near about five months your HCL Laptop not provide proper sevice a single day. Every time contact from HCL service center had diffferent person. When call back given anwser from service center is such person is working here.

i m sneha shanu fighting with my laptop since an year .
this is very sorry to say that i m very much unsatisfied with the laptop i took in june,2008.
i m havin a number of complaints about the laptop.
1)one of the speakers stopped working from the third month of purchase.
2)the front panel buttons are not working properly
3)the right click button works on its own will.

better to go for some other laptop then because the hcl people don't even provide satisfactory services.even from the websites you can not get proper information.
they dont mention adress of the service centre. dont respond on phone calls.even the service centre in pune are not efficient.
never ever go fpr hcl products.

sir i need to replace my laptop battery which is not even giving a back up of 5 minutes and i'm not getting any response from hcl team.i'm in kohinoor business school ,khandala pune.plz help

I have been using this HCL ME laptop since past few months.
Webcam of the laptop is not working.
Second thing is that it automatically gets shut down and now I am not able to start it.
Anyone above got your complain resolved?

I have a laptop who's vista business is corrupted.So i used a usb stick to install vista ultimate but at the point completing installation it doesn't progress even after two hours.I even formatted all of my pation's.

Dear sir,
i have hcl minilap .for last few months i have noticed that wi-fi function is not working properly[wi-fi connection is either not detected or is lost within short time].i had informed & sent the minilap to kolhapur .mr sandeep attended the job & told me it was driver problem .however i had told him it is a hard ware problem[wi-fi card] & not driver or software related proble.milnilap was retuened to me in unrepaired state.when i sent it back ,i was told to contact mr joshi at pune office.extremly arrogant & nigligent attitude from the pune office.i was told that the particular card is not available and will let me know shortly.more than 1 mth has passed but no reply yet.it is surprising
1]at service station exact problem is not diagnosed which we can pinpoint.
2]recent model hardware is not available with the company then what kind of support will b provided on long term basis.
3]service station staff arrogant attitude.
Overall i am going to take up this issue in media & consumer forum as well.
