hp spare hi this is sunil from bangalore,i ve a hp dv9000 series laptop i have its system board replaced soon after 6 months after buying and now its gone again(within a month of replacement).now its been 1 month they say they haven't received the part so,they are unable to repair.so what procedure should i follow inorder to complain and what results i could expect?

You can send a written notice to the CMD of HP India via registered post, mention all the details in the notice and ask them for the refund in the mentioned time.
