I have purchase lenovo laptop R61

I have gone through trauma because of poor service. The complains are with regards to

1) Partial Information
Lenovo provided me with partial information. They did not mentions any information regarding warranty

2) Delayed response
It took 3 month for them to reply. It used to take weeks even months to get response. Now even to get a call I have to send many mails and ask them to call back

3) Misrepresented informaion
I was updated with incorrect information at many instance. I was told that the laptop I would get will weigh 4 Kgs whereas I have learnt that it is just 2.35 Kg

4) Not giving importance to their own official mail
They stated in morning that I ll get Laptop with 2.5 years warrantee. Later they wont respond. after calling them up I was updated that it will be 1.5 years warrantee

Every thing is well documented in my mail ID.
