i have a toshiba qosmio laptop

since last three years i have been continuesly to the service centre but alas its all the same again n again
there is one major system hanging issue apart from several issues,
i think these people cant solve the issue, now even my warranty is about to expire
i guess in these last three years nearly about 1yr the laptop was out of oder or at the service centre

plz help me out i'm not at all satisfied with this product, n want a replacement plz help me to do so !
my system is still in garranty
