Dear sir,
I bought a SONY VIAO laptop for rs 1,20,000 last year in april from
delhi. It is still in warranty and has been repaired twice once in
delhi and once in mumbai, by sony people. It still does not work well.
The keypad misses letter, it hangs a lot, mouse pad does not work
moreover sony repair center people are rude. I lost the softwares last
time at repair. They are very difficult to deal with even when i
bought the highest model from sony at that time. I have the bill with
me. I am very worried about this as the warranty will get over soon.
They refuse to replace the piece last time also. I really request you to look into
this and kindly guide what i should do. I don't want to use any sony
products now.
