Hello,
I have given my lenovo Y500 laptop to RT Outsourcing With case id(4270020523) from lenovo on 12-Jun-2010. Till Today there are saying it is not yet repaired,

One more thing
They have cancelled my case without informining me.

When ever I call them they say it will take 1 week. but till today I have got my laptop.
I want to register complaint against this services center and lenovo for not providing me services on time.
What should I do to register this complaint and what procedure I need to follow for the same
