Dear Sir,

I My name is Vikas Gulati. I had bought a Acer (Aspire 5738z ) laptop from ab's infotel Gr.Flr.Manubhai Tower,Sayajigunj, Vadodara-390 005. The charger that had come with the laptop became dis-functional due to some problem in the wire connections. soon this wire became damaged due to constant short circuit sparks. so this charger wasn't covered under warranty because of the external damage. Now i bought a new charger from the same shop on December 21 ,2009. It had 1 year warranty with it. Now this charger was became dis-functional again. this time it had no external damage. So i gave it to the same shop for replacement only to find it being returned to me with external damage(a cut on the wire) to me saying it cannot be covered under warranty due to this damage. Now this damage wasn't there when i gave the charger for replacement. So it is the shop's responsibility and not mine but they refuse to admit it now.
Please help me with this. There are two points to be noted here
1.Acer India Pvt. Ltd. makes substandard chargers.
2.ab's infotel damaged my charger and now refuses to replace it.
