I brought HP Laptop DV6 Pavillion on 17th May 2010, however it developed a snag. I submitted it on 25th May 2010 to HP Okahal RTO outsourced service center. However today is 7th June 2010 and till date it could not repaired and they are not even replacing it. Now I got there mail that they can get spare part till 10th June and they don't know what date it can be fixed though.. I love HP.. I don't know what to do.. I am so much furious with them. please please please stop buying HP products.. I want to see this company filling chapter 11 in coming months.
