My laptop is still in warranty period.
For 3 months now my laptop is not working.
12 technicians have come to my place and were unable to repair.
I live alone and these frequent male visits have made me very insecure.
Finally they took my laptop with themselves for repair, could not repair and brought it back without the bag. They denied having taken the bag.
My operating system, motherboard, hard disk, keyboard, DVD drive everything were replaced - but finally the web cam stopped working. All hardware is getting uninstalled on its own. No one is helping me. There is no place I can complain. The executive dealing with my case are extremely unhelpful. When I asked them to either replace or repair - they have answered saying they cannot replace even if the laptop is not getting repaired. The reason they give is - 'your warranty is about to expire'. But its been 3 months since my laptop crashed. The company has been unable to help me.
