Horrified by the processes in your company, I am one of the utterly dissatisfied consumers of your Compaq Presario Laptops(details below). I purchased the laptop on 14th February,2009. A typical issue occurred with my laptop in the month of Januray. The laptop had the problem of Automatic Switch off. With no problem of heating, it used to get turned off as soon as I used to lift or sometimes even without it. Since then I have submitted the laptop eight times at the registered HP service center (Hp Service Center, RTE Outsourcing Services Ltd.,Sector 14, Old DLF Colony, Gurgaon , Haryana), but without any solution. In the latest instance, i.e on March 31st,2010, the engineer changed the mother board and assured me that the problem has been cured(Case ID:108360). But within 4 days, the problem recurred. So much so that I have stopped using the laptop altogether. The first time I had submitted the laptop, it was well in warranty, but the process of submitting and taking the laptop has made it out of warranty. I am strongly suspicious of a foul play. Because the service center had changed the mother board in December due to some issues with it.I suspect that the changed mother board was defective.The complaint no. that has now been issued to me is 4614562258.
