Sony vaio replacement (My model no - SVE15115ENB)
I'v bought my laptop just 4-5 days back (5-7-2012) & i got some issues with it so i showed it to the SONY CENTER at abids, they recomended me to visit the Begumpet Sony Authorized care center, i went there on 11-07-2012 and asked the manager to check my laptop, & if there is a software issue please solve it in front of me if required i will sit here for 4-5 hrs & if there is a hardware issue please replace it with a new one, as it comes under replacement period, i don't want to keep a defective set with me, so they called their technician & did what ever they can do, but couldn't solve the issue & finally accepted it is a "hardware issue" & assured me that they will replace it with a new one.
They created a job sheet on this regard and handed it over to me. I have waited for daysbut didn't receive a call from them so i called them, but they told me wait a bit sir will call u back, but they never did.
The following day i went to the Sony service center, they said your laptop is repaired, you can take it with you, it was a software issue, we checked it, when i asked if it was a software issue why your technicians couldn't solve it that day in front of me, they took like 4-5 hrs time, what were they doing then ? even your technician accepted in front of you it was a hardware issue then,i don't want to hear all this plz replace it with a new one, then he starts deniying, that he never told he's going to replace it, and starts talking badly with me, the manager says do what ever u want to or what ever you can, am not afraid, my name is Srinivasa remember it, complaint it to anybody am not afraid.
He created a scene in front of other customers and made us go out of the sony care center and he closed the door, i have never expected this kind of treatment from any sony people, is this is the way to treat with your customers ?
After discussing all this with Mr. Narender, he made a confrence call with Mr. Murli and scolded Srinivasa, and on 13-07-2012 Srinivasa Manager of begumpet sony service center promised me that he will send a mail to the service head for confirmation to replace the laptop, till date whenever i call them they said we haven't got any comfirmation mail yet, or any kind of reply, and today on 16-07-2012they says we'll get it by today 4 pm, but when i called, they says we are not sure whether we will receive it today or not. Its like they are playing with me this whole time.
Points to be noted:
1) His technicians tried solving softwareissues in front of me but they couldn't.
2) After checking and doing all sort of possible steps, the technicians accepted in front of
the manager that it is a hardware issue.
3) The manager promised me for a replacement but later denies.
4) The job sheet they made it dosen't got any delivary date or time.
5) They never called me and when i called never answered my queries.
6) They purposefully wrote on job sheet without my knowledge that the condition of laptop
is "dusty, scratches" in reality it was just bought few days back and i haven't removed
the polythin coverning from it.
7) The treatment of the manager with his customers is really bad, he dosen't know how to
speak and respect people.
8) In the absense of laptop i couldn't attend my computer classes.
9) Looks like all this is a game for him.

laptop i purchased a new laptop of sony , the reason to buy from this company was its brand name , but now i feel company sony hav just brand name theres no responsibilty towards its customer ,i am contacting you through e support web page and by calling near my service center am not getting any help can you please just tell me the reason of this kind of attitude
do u hav same attitude towards ur all client or ur comapany been involve in this because of any geographical discrimination policy
i need answer of this m living in Pakistan city lahore why not any person acting as ur employee not took it a responsibility to give me any incentive of being ur client ,listen to me or solve my problem

Have a Sony VAIO E Series EH 15 laptop. the dvd player is not working. tried calling the customer care but never got any response which could resolve the problem. Please suggest.

sound problem of e serise I purchased Sony Vaio VPCEB44en in may’11. After purchase of 3 or 4 month I am find regular problems with sound and over heating. And and got it repaired (recovery) from pershwa electrical sony center surat on 12 jan 2012. in 2day i found my laptops speaker is not working again. I sent it to same place .They informed that all is working well and we are not going to repair it.after that i found same problem of 1 side speaker is is not loud as other side infect as like not working. so send it to same place for repair they replace my speaker and worked fine for 2 or three weeks and start problems again
The Kind of things are surprising and unexpected like from sony.
Luckily the laptop was in warrant period .but now i have n warranty.
Is it that E-series laptop are faulty once.
after repaing three time problems are still going on..
plz help what can i do because i dont have warranty now

sony vail laptop E15,extend warranty i bought the laptop on 1 august of 2011, so i would like to pay Rs 2500 for extend warranty on 30.7.2012 for this reason i went to one of sony outlet. they started making of payment process online then found that E Series model is not accept for making of payment then they mail to sony about this problem on that day. i also sent the mail to sonyindia.care.ap.sony.com this is the 5 th day i did not get any solution from sony. actually my warranty is over now , give me any solution what i do now

this is to inform u that I purchased a sony vaio laptop last year April 2011, model No.SONYVAIO VPCYB35AN/P,
LAST 1 YEAR i am facing some or the other problem, Now the problem is my laptop screen got break and i dont know the reason behind that, i went to the service center and they gave me a bullshit excuse. and ask me to pay 10,000 RS to repair the screen.
Can you tell me what are the charges of 11.6 (29.5cms)screen.I want to repair it and kindly tell me any genuine person who can repair this with minimum price.

Sir actually my touch pad (mouse) is not working properly.... I brought it around 3 months back...so what should i do..plz suggest best way...one thing more,i ve heard from many peoples that now sony vaio is providing on-site service.is it true???

Vaio dull service center I taken vaioVCE series laptop nearly 1.5year back...on thr very second day i got problm in keys of laptop when i visited service center and showd them they told that this comes under physical damage..though i didnt understnd that why i ll myself damage my laptop on the very second day aftr buying it but since they told , i admittd that might be there wud be prblm with my usage...
Then after somedays the problm with the diffrent keys of my laptop startd rapidly and when i use to visit the service center then they told''u have to leave ur laptop here for somedays and we will format ur laptop..then prblm wud not come'' i thought that if simply formating my laptop will cure my lappy then i will make it later on..and now the condition is my whole mouse and keyword has stopped working..
I tried to ask my friends who are using the vaio laptop they also told that vaio laptop are coming wit the worst keyboard..prblm are frequent wit all vaio laptop..
I actually want to request u sir to plz plz plzzz help me to cure my laptop i m ready to give the cost but want genuine warranty/guaranty..

Sony Eseries laptop I had a very bad experience in buying sony vaio laptop in reliance digital bangalore. i took laptop home and opened it. down arrow key came out. i went and given laptop back in reliance digi.. now they are saying like it is chargeable..very disappointed with the response and service..
