    Default Sony vaio e series is the worst laptop ever

    I purchased a sony vaio e series 2 weeks ago from low yat mall,kuala lumpur. after a week of purchase, the touch pad stopped working. So i went to the sony centre and after checking my laptop for the whole day, they told me it is a factory defect and replaced my laptop with a new one. After a week, i am facing the same problem again. using the external mouse now as i am told that i will not get any replacement because it was done once. Just name the laptop and i have used it. But no laptop has disappointed me so much. I understand the small issues which we face usually, like the battery issues, but that happens after 6 months. But here, the battery life is bad from the start. The speakers are corrupt in just 2 days. seriously, whats going on? I can bet you that every reputation sony has earned has been brought down by e series. i will make sure nobody buys sony vaio ever again. I am a student and i live in a place filled with 50,000 students. this isnt a threat, i will do it. if you cannot respect your customers and cannot give us the value for our money, i cannot let others get duped by your product.
    And yes, did your toll free number ever work?

    Hi This is Subhakar V I have purchased a
    sony Vaio Laptop , I am facing problems , I have lost my Interest toward Sony Product. Within warranty , hard disk crashed after so many follow-up (a week) I got new hard disk, now my laptop is getting Auto Shut Down. I have talked to Sony authorized Dealer in KPHB Hydearbad 500072 (M/S Pranank Electronics)and for the initial services they asked me to pay Rs 1073 for the services, and spares are Extra if any spares that they suggested are rejected then it will be charged around Rs. 276 Extra on service. service center people are humble and giving good response, but the Issue is system is getting shutdown because of over heat. they wanted to try with changing the Fan. Fan cost is more than Rs 3000/- they tried with FAN now saying it is not working may be some issue with Mother board ... I did not dare to ask how much it is. my only Question to Sony Vaio is when we have issue with E-series why can't company re-call all of them. Sony Product are we buy with passion but the situation is so pathetic. we have so many complaints on E-Series

    I had bought sony vaio E-series (VPCEH15EN) laptop in august 2011. From that time bluetooth of my laptop is not working and in the taskbar showing an option the audio service is not working.
    Please give ne suggestion what i have to do wid that..

    Default Sony VAIO VPCEA23EN Hard Disk Crashed / Failure

    I am owning VPCEA23EN laptop and i am facing the hard disk problem. It was working fine. All of a sudden the blue screen of death came and after that its not booting at all. I have all my data lost. I m too frustated. Very worst laptop ever had. Who will bare for my loss?I had used Lenovo, HP and found it much better. I got that on June 2010. I have Sony TV, Home theater. Even my car stereo is Sony. I had lot of trust on Sony. But now
    I am fooled easily by Sony Corporation.The lifetime of the laptop is just 2 years, and for that i had to pay 42k. It makes me to think about all the other investments in Sony and my future plans to buy Sony Products.

    Question SONY Laptop problem Model no VPCEG25EN, Serial No

    Hi,
    My name is Ananth Prabhu, Chennai. I’m using SONY Laptop Model no VPCEG25EN, Serial No 7015424.
    I had purchased on 31st December 2011, from ASKI Computers, Ashok Nagar, Chennai. I want to make a complaint about your service center response for LED Screen trembling.
    On Monday (7th May 2012), we have given the laptop to your ADYAR service center for LED Screen trembling. After two days, that is today (09th May 2012) morning, they have stated that the problem is normal in this laptop. The reason stated that is while using laptop, the LED screen size may grow big, Because of this, the SCREEN will be shaky.
    How is it possible? I don’t understand. By that time, I have raised a few questions to your customer care executive? For those questions, there was no answer from Customer Care executives.

    Questions raised from my end..
    1. How the screen will be expanding, while using laptop? (No Answer from your Customer Care Executive)
    2. If it is not working (LED Screen) after finished warranty, who will be responsible? ( No Answer from your Customer Care Executive )
    3. There will be many chances to get crack, while travelling. Since the LED Screen is shaky. ( No Answer from your Customer Care Executive )

    So I’m writing this email to you for getting me a proper response and fixed a shaky problem immediately or do replacement.
    I have consulted few laptop technicians in Chennai, They are sure that, this LED Screen Shaky is a big problem and saying it has to fix immediately. Also we have the same model laptop, In that we don’t have LED Screen Shaky problem.
    Please get me out proper solution for this problem.

    Hi,
    My name is Rahul Tandon, lucknow. I’m using SONY Laptop Model no VPCEG35EN, Serial No27551914 7005437.
    I had purchased on 14th april 2012, from nesco inofo system pvt. ltd , shop no-5 ,sakeena plaza lalbagh lucknow . I want to make a complaint about your service center response for Screen trembling.
    After 10 days my laptop had problem,proplem was screen trembling so i have given the laptop to your advec electronics service center , bathinda for Screen trembling so they told me your laptop was in replacement guranteed period so they replaced laptop and gave me a new laptop but after 16 days again problem in my new laptop. i am woking with a automation company and commisiong period are going on so i have no time for this digusting laptop. i have also told in service center if in this series some problem then i will be also buy a new laptop any other series of vaio which will better than this and i would like to pay more money but they told this is not possible.and gave me again same new laptop same series.so i am totally fed up this laptop .and i want to permanent solution for this problem or atleast pay back the amount i have invested to purchase this laptop .
