im debabrata satpathy , i just received my laptop from my college itm navimumbai , kharghar sector 4, its aspire 4520 model.durin receive of laptop they neither give us any purchase bill or warranty card. we received laptop 27 th of july.now im coming directly to the issue on feb 26, 10 i get serious problem my laptop was unablle to start so i deposited my laptop to coll acer technician mukhtar on same day .then he foraward laptop service centre and registered complaint in his book and no document given to me i hav the xerox of the copy . then i regularly follow up laptop after 10 days every day they having same ur mother board is coming from banglore.i just got so much frustrated after 20 days still they dont saying anything about present status.
during my final xam on head i hav no choice i beg my friends for laptop for xam preparation and my final project. i faced so much difficulties 4 my placemnt preparation cause i still waiting for my laptop. its being a month on 26 march im not able to receive my laptop. then i placed in cosmo aurangabad then i requested them im leaving mumbai please submit my laptop before 1 april . i wait along phoned them many times customer care , i called service centre grant road , still no effect i left mumbai without my laptop.
on 26 april came back mumbai for convocation i received my laptop from my store alone cause mukhtar was not there in responsibility of my store manager . after 2 month when i received my laptop it was in damaged condition as key board scratched by screw driver treated badly and when i started laptop the lcd was flickering .i start cursing myself god after 2 month laptop with him what the service centre guy do with it as still it showing problem , then i call to customer care toll free they give me new case id 042710-289.
i submitted laptop in acer service centre of aurangabad named as ideal , he diagnosed all fault and ordered for parts when parts arrived he put it into laptop still the same problem . i was so sad its more than 65 days my laptop not ok . and the service sentre guy open the mother board found a cord connecting lcd damaged seveourly, as he told meits done by mumbai service centre.i took all the pictures of the card scratches on my laptop done by acer service guys.
now its 10th of may 75 days still my case not closed im just hanging around 10 time with mental pressure around aurangabd service centre . how come those guys deal such badly with my laptop damaging inner part and scratchin my keypad . i already talk 2 my lawyer
im goin to lodge a consumer complaint within 2 days as i have all the evidence with me.
