Sir ,
I do not know wether I have the reight email so I am not sending the detailed
Complaint for which I will wait for your reply
1.I had purchased a Dell Laptop 6 Months back
2.I have been facing a problem of my laptop randomly shutting off During usage for
the past 3 Months for which I have been repeatedly complaining to the customer
service cell of Dell
3.Inspite of my repeated Phone calls , Emails and other efforts No response is
forthcoming
4.I have on record all the copies of the emails , and the calls made
5.During the purchace of the computer which is within the warrenty period I was
promised "next day resolution of Complaint" that is the reason I bought the DELL
laptop .
6.I find that after repeated assurance to solve my complaint no resolution has been
provided
7.I have repeatedly asked for the Postal Mailing address of the company but it has
not been provided .
Please advise what my further course of action should be .
