    What you do not understand is..

    I don’t need the information,……….i need my lap top………….it has been 1 ˝
    month,

    What kind of service gives only information till such time.



    My company employees have laptop from dell also……3 days is maximum time



    Shortage of supplies is your problem , for which no discounts were given to
    me at purchase,



    I am sorry if I may sound rude, but dear sir, one has to be efficient



    Kindly kindly get back to me with a date.

    My Laptop has been given for repairs on 5th Dec’08,

    Everytime I call up to enquire – same reply part not available.



    Pls note this way it is very difficult to bear up with HP, as it affect all
    my schedules abroad.

    I have never faced such issues with any other company for service.



    Have been also promised for a standby, by Mr.Suresh but nothing has
    happened.

    Default Poor Customer Service

    Sir,
    I bought HP Pavillion dv9000, the highest range last year and within a month my CD Rom stopped working. After that I gave my laptop 7 times in the service center but never got repaired to my satistfaction. The last time I gave my notebook to change the motherboard just before my warranty got expired they kept with them for 1 month and returned with scratches and changing the operating sytem without my consent.
