Hello sir/ mam,

I am a customer of HP laptop. On 18th Jan 2008 I had purchased HP laptop
from an authorized store from Netherlands. On the screen there are marks and
scratches of the keyboard. This problem had been seen on all the laptops
starting form 14" screen specially pavilion series. If one contacts HP for
the issue they say that the HP considers this issue as customer mishandling.

If the issue had been with only few people than the point can be considered
but the problem is there on all the laptops.
There service centers in India - Noida and Ahmedabad had refused to attend
to the problem.
Hence, I would request to see into the matter because in such way these big
companies are creating problems for the consumers of their products.
