i have a dell laptop its motherboard got some problem i gave it to S V Technologies dell laptop dealer who also provide service. the problem is only my laptop mother rest is perfect. he gave me a date on which i have to collect the laptop and said it will cost around 3000. I went that day then he said its not ready i have to leave for my chennai trip i asked him to make it fast he assured me and give another date then on that date also the laptop wasnt ready. when i was in chennai his call came he said motherboard isnt repairable it is needed to replaced. i didnt asked him to replace but when i went to collect he already did the replacement. then for me it was ok atleast my laptop is working which i need most i asked about motherboard he assured me its original motherboard and took 7500 from me.then i found the corner of my laptop was broken. i asked him first he refused then he accepted he said he will repair it. i went bak with it. when i came bak i found its case was loose audio buttons were not working rest is fine. i again went to him and he again gave me a date when i went to that he gave me laptop and ask to check on checking i found its mouse is not working again he checked it and made some repair. he told me there is some sorting he again gave me other date. i left in midway he called me and said my laptop is done i can take it . i returned back and on checking he said he need to disable the joystick again i compromise and i took it back. within that week my laptop motherboard again crashed which i get new for 7500. i was with my final exams so i went to him after my exams on checking that day i found 1GB ram was missing from my laptop and he refused this again when the he checked his bill there was written 1.5GB. then he said why didnt u checked last time when you picked your laptop its your fault. i am frustrated and gone mad. in few days i have to leave for Bangalore. i dont know what to do
