Dear Sir,

We have purchased Benq laptops 2 no's from local dealer of Hubli. Since day one we are facing the problems in this product. And now company wants to replace key pad and speakers of both the laptops within one month of purchase. We have requested for replace of both the laptops from company but no response from there end.

Request to file a case against benq co and help us in getting these laptops replaced as these are duplicate products.
