    Default Fraud By Gurgaon Sony Dealer

    I purchased a Sony Vaio laptop from Sahni Agencies Pvt. Ltd, shop No. 249, II Floor, Ambience Mall, Gurgaon (owner Parminder Singh Sahni)
    Invoice no. 910246 Invoice date- 14-Mar-10
    Model no. VPC-EB14EN/BI Price - Rs. 38990.


    Mr. Parminder Singh
    the owner of this Agency offered that the payment of this Laptop will be done in 6 equal monthly installments without interest, if I pay by credit card. After I made the payment he told me that some customers were having problem in converting their amount to EMI but he assured that he will handle it.

    When I reported to him that the whole amount was due on my current month and not converted to EMI then he said I have to pay the payment again at his Delhi shop (61, community Center, Basant Lok, Vasant Vihar, New Delhi-57) and told that he will pay the amount of the last transaction that was not converted to EMI's. So I payed again at his delhi shop on 02/04/2010. He gave me the cheque no. 90210621 (Pundab & Sind Bank) amounting Rs. 38210 favoring my HDFC card number. He told that 2% tax has been deducted and he will get it reimbursed on next purchase.
    This cheque also got bounced, due to which I have to pay Rs. 1000 as penalty and now I am feeling very much cheated by this person, who is the owner of this Agency. I am feeling very much depressed and in a mental trauma, as my hard earned money got stuck with this disloyal and dishonest person.

    I trusted the Sony's Brand name and thought that company like Sony is multinational and would have properly checked the authenticity of their dealers but all my gut feelings got wrong.

    I am not sure what to do next and how can I get my money back and also how to take any legal action against that person.

    Please suggest and help.

    Default Fraud by Parvinder Singh (Sony Dealer), Gurgaon, Ambience Mall

    Dear Sir,

    I have purchased a Vaio laptop from Sahni Agencies Pvt. Ltd, shop No. 249, II Floor, Ambience Mall, Gurgaon (owner Parminder Singh Sahni) through my credit card on the committment to pay in 6 installments but full amount was charged to my credit card and when I have tried to contact Mr. Parvinder Singh. Then he has never responded my messages & calls.

    My Bank is charging Interest on my credit card. I also not received 2% discount on purchase just because I have purchase on EMIs.

    Please do the needful as soon as possible.

    Lightbulb Bad Reviews Sony Vaio Dealer Gurgaon (Ambieance Mall gurgaon)

    I purchased a laptop from Sony World Center at Ambience Mall, Gurgaon and I must say the guy who is the owner of the sony showroon is really not a person you can trust. At the time of purchasing he will tell you million of lies that you might think are true, but trust me he is totally a fake man.
    His main motive is to make the customers pay twice for single purchase. I don't know how the company like Sony is dealing with these type of persons, they are the person who are deteriorating the company's image and definitely affect the sales of Sony products...
    Company should take strong action on him asap.. to maintain its reputation in market... and prevent their customers from being harrasses and cheated by these type of dealers.

    Thumbs down Sony Center Ambience Mall Gurgaon-- Evading VAT

    I have purchased Sony Vaio E Series, fortunately I haven't asked for EMI and the whole amount charged but despite of several request to put my Delhi Office address on the Bill coz the Office is paying for the lappy they denied and wrote just company name and gurgaon on the bill. I think they are doing some unfair practise in business and not trustworthy at all.

    Default Sony Sahni Agencies are frauds

    They are the worst company to deal with. A shame that they are associated with a name like Sony. They spoiled my existing home theater system & forced me to buy a new one. The system was working absolutely fine except some disk reading problems which their engineer said could be repaired by taking it to the service center. They said this would take 2 days, I had to chase them down to get my system back after 12 days & it was in worse condition. It stopped working completely, so I had to send it the service center again only to be billed another Rs. 5000.
    They are so unprofessional & one of the worst staff members & owners to deal with. Stay away from them. They are cheats & frauds.

    Complaint Description : Dear Sir, My Toyota Corolla car No. HR26E6051 had met with an accident on 9-9-2011 ,and I sent my car for repair to AAdi Motors pvt.ltd.,In gurgaon.I sent the insurance company all the claim forms and the necessary documents attached with it to the company as requested by them.Firstly it took more than 32 days from the date from which the claim was passed by the surveyor at the site where i gave the car for repair. I had to litreally run behind the company to get my claim as they were trying to disconnect any communication I was trying to make with them either through phone calls or emails for which I have a complete record. My driving Licence was also valid and appropriate while the company tried to take out all excuses and tell me that my driving licence was not appropriate to get the claim and it was a fake one.I have the same driving licence photocopies which I have given to all the govt.departments for my various jobs.This delayed my claim even more as they verified by originality from the gurgaon licencing authority and took a written permission from them statimng that my licence was genuine and it turned out to be genuine as I already told them. I have taken the Insurance in the name of my company M/S. Cee Em Exports Pvt.Ltd.,512 deepshikha building,Rajendra Place,new delhi-110008,India. I have got the claim of Rs.8800 INR.in a form of a cheque from the insurance company. Complaint:Firstly,I would like you to compensate me with the troubled caused to me due to my driving licence originality delay,Secondly the 32 day periodthat was lapsed from the date when the surveyoy had passed the claim on my car,Thirdly the rude behaviour in which I was treated by the company. Note:All the unnecesarry delays caused had lapsed the 32 day period of getting my claim refund and the claim refund that i got was lesser then the amount that i was told by the company ill get. Urgent-My claim should be more then rs.8800 INR.Pls look into this matter immediately ASAP AND GET BACK TO ME. I have all the necessary documents to prove my authenticity.
