Hi,

I am using HP 420 laptop and had very bad experince.First there was problem with keyboard which is manufacturing defect and HP is saying it is non resolvable. When HP is aware it is a manufacturing defects then why HP is making fool.Secondly, service of HP is very pathetic, they have dont have the replacement of laptop motherboard for which i'm following for last 7 days.
