I have purchased acer 5738 laptop on 6-March 2010. Still i am using product as a cool box, my blue-tooth device is not working, biometric detection is also not working, some keys are not working properly. Every time when i call to the customer support they had given me a URL or a contact number to contact but everything are totally wastage.
One most important issue is at the time of purchasing product, acer said that they are providing an offer with the product but after doing a lot of calls i am using product without offer.
