Hi All,
I bought a Toshiba laptop which has 1 year International warranty bundled with the laptop sale.
After using the laptop for 2 months my hard disk failed. When i contacted Toshiba they asked me to contact "HCL Support centre" at Mount road chennai on December 18 2009.
They registered a complaint and promised me the replacement will take maximium of 4 weeks. To till date they have not provided me any replacement and whenever i contact them they are saying it is not yet shipped.
Please help me how to fight against these cheaters !!!!!
