Lenovo has a decent product line up and a great brand image, this somehow got me careless while the billing was done, it was while registering the product I noticed this.

A clarification was requested from the dealer who pointed out the cost price of the bag
at Rs. 2,000.00 ( which is free ). Mention on the bill is Rs. 0.01

The call center was duly informed who promised to get back after a word with a dealer. Still waiting.

This is absolute violation of applicable laws and the trust we put in Brands like Lenovo and also them wasting trust on people they hire who are least bothered about customers or their so called feedback.
