    Angry Simtech Computeronics HP Service Center

    I have given my HP dv 6000 laptop for repair which is under extended warranty on 13th Jan 2010,
    and followed up every day on the same the people from HP service Center(Sakinaka Mumbai Branch ) kept telling me that our system is showing that your laptop is not covered under warranty,
    I produced the extended warranty invioce then they asked me to wait ,every call i made ended with a negative reply saying "you will have to pay Rs.300 to log a case and then pay for the repair "
    I would want to communicate to the HP service Center people that I paid Rs.7865 on 20-09-2008 to have my laptop covered under extended warranty for two years,
    please repair my laptop or i will have to take legal actions against it.
    LAPTOP SERIAL NUMBER:CNF731671C,
    Token number of the job sheet: 21,
    case id not yet received
    submitted my laptop on 13-01-2010
    And they still have my laptop

    i am also facing the similar problem with simtech like u r facing... can u provide your contact number so that v can keep in touch...

    Dear Mr.Ajay,



    I have checked with carepack team and Unit # CNF731671C was registered with below mentioned carepack. However all the carepacks in AP00729204 was cancelled due to tech. issue and HP had supplied alternate links in lieu of the cancelled ones to distributor/partner. It was their responsibility to re-register affected customers.



    Please seek a refund from where you have purchased carepack as these unit cannot be registered now
