    Default complaint against the customer support of western digital india for non delivery.

    Respected sir / ma'am,
    this is regard to the replacement of my 250 gb laptop hard disk with the model number wd2500bevt-00zct0 hard disk.when i had called the customer support number i was given a RMA number -81722145 on 2nd of February 2010 and instructions to pack my defective hard disk and it will be picked from my house by the courier.the hard disk was picked up and within a week i got a new hard disk from western digital, but it was not a 250 gb hard disk ,neither it was a laptop hard disk, infact it was a 160gb pc hard disk with the model number wd1600aajs-00l7a0.So i again called up wester digital support center and they apologized and again assigned me a new RMA number - 81738613 and told me that this time i will get my 250 gb laptop hard disk. i had no choice but to wait. The couirer person came and took the hard disk and again after 1 week i got a new hard disk back. And surprisingly even this time it was a 160 Gb pc hard disk instead of the 250 gb laptop hard disk. So naturally i again called them and they again gave me new RMA number -81758452 and again the courier guy came and took the hard disk.Yesterday I.e on 2nd March 2010 when i had called the support center to inquire about my RMA status they after verification said that they have received my hard disk and will dispatch it by 4th of march 2010. i again called today i.e 3rd of march 2010 to again inquire my RMA status, they aftr verification said that they have not received my hard disk , where as they told me yesterday that they have received it. And according to the courier website of AI GATI, the hard disk was delivered on 24th February 2010( Docket number 594129774).The support center is showing no co operation in getting my hard disk back and is always coming up with excuses.They are not even sure if i will get back my 250 gb hard disk back even though it is well with in the warranty.I plead that necessary action be taken against them.And please suggest me what can i do as it is already been more than 1 month and i havnt still received my proper hard disk.

    Angry WD has lost me my work forever.....

    I have shot a full Documentary on the WD 500Gb Internal aaks HD and i have lost 200 hundred GB of Data that was priceless . I have now realized all bad hard disks are sold to india and have been told this by retailers. Why should India not get and expect the same quality as the rest of the world ? I have really been destroyed when it comes to my short film and feature length documentary.

    How can a company have no liability to for there product . The same i have faced with samsung and Seasgate but Western Digital has shown to be the killer with timing.
    The power blew on the HD and when this happened the HD Head blew and scratched a line right across the HD. Causing the information Void from any form of recovery. Even thought they say that the HD has The best protection for data it was not so. As all my Personal 100GB AS well as 100 GB of 3 Documentraies were on it. The hard Disk Failed with the month of being used 10 times . My name is Richard Mehta my no. is 9820223199 in the process our team has lost at least a few lak's for using this Hd as a temporary transfer portal . Under such a tight budget we are left with noting to show of 200 to 300 Hr of data information.
    I want to know what they will do and why they are not responsible if the fact is they are sell India reject merchant dice. Make the HD and guarantee its faults . Why should they not be liable for information as nothing is more precious .

    I want an answer ........

    Exclamation Not getting adapther replacement from WD

    respected sir/madam,
    I purchase WD hard external disk in Feb 2010. In july its adapther gets faulty. i made complaint for its replacement but till today i have ont get any replacement. On every week I call to WD support center but all executive says sir you will get your replacement withing two days. I spoke with Aarif, Manindar, Samrat, anushri. but No one co-oprating properly. They dont have manners to talk to customers.

    They gave me a defective PC Hard Drive of 320GB and last month they told me that they will replace it. Since 6th October I have been waiting for my Hard drive but to no avail. When you call them, all they tell me is wait. It will come soon....Its been a month that I am without my PC and its not a good feeling....This absolutely false commitements that they promise.....They customer support is absolutely horandeous.....

    Didn't Get product back Even after 7 months.. Hard to call support.. Have to wait hours with phone..Always the answer is that we will call you back... Shit!!!!

    Angry All toll free numbers come engaged through out for 2 hrs

    I beleived in WD and therefore been purchasing a lot of WD products for teh past five years..I had reaslised very late that WD support is very poor. In the first place I was tying to reach the toll free numbers as mentioned in their website for India..which never gets connected and secondly all the other numbers that I have tried never ever get connected.
    the Numbers I tried were 1800 200 5789 then 11 26384700, 1800 11 9393 and also finally 1800 22 2258 .

    I have a new media player and a passport ext hardrive both defective and sitting on my desk for the past one month waiting and trying to find out how to get connected to WD support centre. Any body has any clues pl. help.

    My self Varun Negi. I purchased WD HDD recently and few days ago my power adapter had stopped working so i order for new power adapter (order number: 0411118526247) by customer care(toll free number 18002005789) now its been a 25 days.... i didn't receive a power adapter.Whenever i ask for support they told me that they will deliver it to me within 2 or 3 days.... every time i called them they give me same excuse.     Default More than 2 year's wait for Replacement of faulty drive from Western Digital, but

    Endless Wait for 2 year to get my rightful Replacement drive. After several complaints & RMA, they finally picked up the faulty drive and assured me to send the replacement drive asap..But that was 3 months back... In another 10 months my drive purchased on June 2009, it's warranty will expire... I have run out of patience but Western Digital do not seem to have any concern on their fraudelant ways..

    Below is the details of all RMA I have had to raise till date...There have been almost 50 Email exchanges with Western Digital till date....

    Default Samsung mobile handset complaint

    Sir/Madam, My name is Rejil Raj( I am also a bank staff & business man). On 29.10.2011 I bought a Samsung GT-B7722 mobile(IMEI No:355317042161876 Model no:GT-B7722) from Univercel,but unfortunately my phone having lot of problems. First time, I can't access/connect to internet through pc &second one is 8GB memory card is not supported & third one is Ear speaker is complaint.I reported complaint over the phone within 2days.But after 7days, I surrendered my phonefor repair to Samsung authorised service centre(complaint no:4120860527 centre name:M/s server and clients hardware solutions,sasthamangalam,trivandrum, kerala Ph:04714064508-Contact person Mr.Joys) for repair.But they can’t able to rectify the problem.After complaining to the Hnble.Consumer Forum,one of the samsung executive Mr.Mahesh(Mob:9895714627 -Complaint No:4122181259) call me and directed to submit another service centre located in Sreekanteswaram,Trivandrum (contact person Mr.Baiju-Mob:9995012010).After a long time they clear my issue.But some days after again I can’t access internet eventho my phone(if I restarted my phone,then we can use internet for some minites,then it becomes hang,then an error message showing).Again I submitted phone to Sreekanteswaram service centre(Complaint no:4122646267) for repair.But they are not able to clear my phone’s problem,they tell me that, may be its from mobile service provider’s problem(it is not a service provider’s problem if I use different SIM that’s same message is showing).So I collect my phone from service centre (without rectifying the problem). Sir,I need Justice,most of the time it have lot of complaints.I lost more than 50,000/-through this phone(I can’t access internet,so I lost my construction work& two times I lost my memory card worth Rs.1000 while submitting time ).I demanded for replace the phone but they are not willing,their service is very poor(behaviour also).Sir,I need justice,I don’t need this phone I want to replace with new one,because it have a lot of problems(from the purchase time it had lot of problems,I submitted 4 times to repair with in this 1 month time frame and I visited the service centre more than 12times). So please take adequate action for replacing my phone.
