i will purchase a 1 tb hard disk of yours reputed company after some time it will not working properly its serial no is wcaza7513202. I will fill complain against it. But their is no required action taking by western digital (wd) against it .... I hope that you will taking some required action against it .... My r.m.a is 83300469

My HDD has failed to boot. WD is not giving me any Advance RMA for my HDD.

I have received this advance RMA in the past but I am not getting this service now. As per WD they say this service is not available for India.

I had purchased WD HDD just coz they provide advance RMA service. The customer care support is not coo-prating with me. Further the WD don't even have a service center where customer can go and ask for advance replacement. The WD says i have to make arrangements for another HDD to make back-ups of my valuable data and WD is not responsible.

For the Data back up i need to purchase another 500GB HDD is in no way any customer friendly choice.


The Company should provide me with advance RMA as I have received the advance RMA in past then I have the right to receive it now also. I have an valid proof of many customers in my town along with me who has received this advance RMA service. "THe only answer i get from WD is that this service is not available in India"

This is the fraud what WD is trying to do, they have provided advance RMA but they are refusing it now.

I am also registering this complaint for WD Head Quarters United States.

I've got this complaint on my 1tb external hard disk that when i connect it to the computer the hard disk's light is blinking continuosly and the disk is not reading. I've many important copies of my passports, licences in it and some movies and softwares. Kindlyreply me with a help immediately.

I beleived in WD and therefore been purchasing a lot of WD products for teh past five years..I had reaslised very late that WD support is very poor. In the first place I was tying to reach the toll free numbers as mentioned in their website for India..which never gets connected and secondly all the other numbers that I have tried never ever get connected.
the Numbers I tried were 1800 200 5789 then 11 26384700, 1800 11 9393 and also finally 1800 22 2258 .

the issu is that my hard disk is not working properly and bad sector............................................ .............
