My HP Laptop is still under warranty. There are scratches found on the TFT Screen and the multimedia touch pad on my laptop.

The scratches developed because the keyboard keys touch the TFT screen when the laptop lid is closed. The screen guards present are so small that they cannot prevent this constant rubbing.

I contacted HP several times. To start with they do not reply to the mail or reply after a long time.

After persisting with them, I received vague reasons that you might have been sitting on the laptop, or you keep books on top of it, or that you even carry laptop to office.
I even asked them to let me talk to one of there engineers. To that no one obliged. The only reply I always got was that it was a wear and tear issue.

I have kept full record of every conversation with HP.

Kindly help me with this problem as I have used this laptop and thus know that these many scratches cannot develop in such a short time.
