Dear All,
I purchased Dell New Studio Laptop from DELL India Pvt Ltd,Bangalore on 11 Oct 2009, due to some technical problem I have complaint to sales Manager on 13th 0ct 2009. She forwarded the complaint to customer care department. On 4 Jan 2010, one of the nominee from DELL collected the default Laptop. After so many conversations and sending VAT25 form 3 times, I haven't received the Laptop.
Always their answer is "you will going to receive Laptop within 2-3 working days". No contact numbers available about the customer care person whom I am mailing from last 5 to 6 months.
Dell customer care service is very pathetic as per my experience.
I am very happy if someone help me in this matter.
