I purchased the product from BABA INFOTECH PVT. LTD. Shop No.3, 1577 Sadashiv peth,Tilak Road,Pune-411033 on 29th Sept 07, Invoice No: TR/5671. My Laptop is in extended warranty
The problem is as follows:
1. The display on the screen of my laptop had gone while working.
I had given my laptop on 15th May 08 at hp authorized service centre in pune. They were unable to solve my issue and I had to go to Delhi for My project work. So, I gave my laptop once again at hp authorized service centre in Delhi (Digitech Services: 33-A, Industrial Area, Opp. Kirti Nagar Metro Station,Rama Road, New Delhi-110015). They replace the MOTHER BOARD and I got my laptop back on 13th June 08.
Complain was also got registered for the issue on 17th May 08.

2. After some days again the problem raised on my laptop and I submit my laptop again to Hp authorized service centre in Delhi (Digitech Services: 33-A, Industrial Area, Opp. Kirti Nagar Metro Station,Rama Road, New Delhi-110015). They replaced the HARD DISK and I got my laptop back on 24th June 08.
Complain got registered for the issue on 20thJune 08.

3. After using my Hp laptop for about 2.5 Months again the same display problem raised in my laptop. So, I submit my laptop again to another Hp authorized service centre (Vintech Electronics Systems Pvt. Ltd. A1-A2, Ushakala, Shree Prajakta Co-op. Hsg. Society, Deep Bunglow chowk, Model Colony Pune-411016)on 11th Sept 08 as the earlier one got closed.
Complain got registered for the issue on 15thSept 08.

They again change the MOTHER BOARD and I got my laptop back on 20th Sept 08(approx). And also I came to know that there is the problem with this series laptop and HP extended the warranty of this particular series laptop for 1 year.
4. I used laptop for about 2 months and again the same Display problem raised and I gave my laptop once again to Same Hp authorized service centre(Vintech Electronics Systems Pvt. Ltd. A1-A2, Ushakala, Shree Prajakta Co-op. Hsg. Society, Deep Bunglow chowk, Model Colony Pune-411016) on 6th Dec 08.
Complain got registered for the issue on 8th Dec 08.

I want them to replace my laptop this time as same problem appear again and again and I lost all my data. But Mr. IRFAN one of the executive of that service centre told me that laptop cannot be replaced it can repaired so I submit my laptop for same. They again change the MOTHER BOARD and I got my laptop back on 16th Feb 09.
5. And now this time display problem raised after two days i.e. on 18th Feb 09. I talk to Mr. Sashi customer care Executive of Hp customer care and convey my whole issue to him and registered my complain and I told him that I want the replacement of my laptop but i was earlier conveyed that the laptop cannot be replaced. He told me that I was misguided by Mr. Irfan the executive of HP service Centre, Laptop can be replaced and for that I have to talk to the service centre. And again I submit my laptop to same service centre (Vintech Electronics Systems Pvt. Ltd. A1-A2, Ushakala, Shree Prajakta Co-op. Hsg. Society, Deep Bunglow chowk, Model Colony Pune-411016).
Complain got registered for the issue on 19th Feb 08.

I hardly use my laptop. I use it only for my study purpose.
I take all the precautions which were told to me. But again and again I am facing the same problem.
I am totally unsatisfied with the kind of response that I m getting from Hp since I have purchased the laptop. I am badly harassed by the Hp service. I want to get justice.
I would hence like to take this opportunity to put forth this case in front of you.
So, I want the helping hand from consumer court and want the replacement or refund and get compensation too.
I would be really thankful to u if you would take a serious action regarding the same.
Hope you comprehend my problem.

Hi,
I puchased the HP laptop in March 2009, which is in warranty period till date. The Hard drive crashed on 01/22 and the laptop for submitted for the same in Kirti Nagar branch for servicing on 01/27. The timeline provided for the completion by the service centre was 01/30. Today is 02/02 and they havent yet deleivered the laptop yet.
I am disappointed by the service they are providing for HP "BRAND NAME" when the device is in warranty period and to add - Not a single time the assocites working in the service centre are responding to call properly and NEVER provided updates on the issue.
I would be obliged if they can get a training on Customer needs and requirement and can work accordingly.
My experience with HP laptop is POOR.
