This is in reference to my laptop LXAJN0C0168230C5F62524
It had some problem with the motherboard as i understood.After incessant calls and follow up i got my laptop back but the problem was not resolved and even cd drive was also rendered non functional.
It has been over two months my laptop is with your service guys and worst part is they didnt let me register my complaint.Theres no one to listen and track the complaints.The worst part of your sevice is casual attitude of employees, non committment and no accountability to anyone.Communication gap is another evil.Your people never seem to give the right contact nos.
I dont know present status of my laptop.I vow to not use your product/service again in any case and also to sue your company for this UNNECESSARY TROUBLE if this is not resolved at the earliest.
