Dear sir,
I hereby submit my request for my complaint of lennovo Y410 notebook CD ROM as :

I purchased my lennovo Y410 notebook having Machine Type Model : LENNOVO 3000 Y 410 T2330W41024120PiVCW3b775763Q
Machine Type Model NO :59012879 and Machine Serial NO : EB07906404 from AGM SALES CORPORATION 38 A/2, SOUTH BLOCK, BAHU PLAZA JAMMU (J&K) in the name of REENA VIDE BILL NO. R115 DATED 12/6/2008.

Now I am facing problem in my cd rom and I approached the dealer and got very poor response as enquired about service centre and after visting website got service center adress and I approached ur service center for necessary rectifications and after browising net i found that cdrom problem in lennovo y410 series is manufacturer defect and i have collected the data of these customers .ur service executive when approached at RT outsource at jammu was not able to rectifiy the defect as due to non availability of the part and non connectivity to customer care about warranty confusion...... and he asked me whether u have registerd ur notebook on net for claiming the three years warranty which i showed him on manual..
Also executive assured me confirmation on phone after enquiring customer care but no one called me ill fated lennovo owner and at last i called service center and i got reply that i will be charged RS 5500.00 FOR THE JOB....

Now I humbly request you to replace u my defected part as soon as possible as i work in essiential service in jk govt and i have very little time to visist ur service center again and again
and moreover my product warranty issue as i have all the leaflets that i got with this notebook and there neither there is any informaton regarding registering on web for three years warranty and nor the dealer explain me the same this means the company has cheated me....

Also from data available from net cdrom defect is the manufactring /quality problem in lennovo y 410 notebook then the company must have called me for necessary rectifications in time ... but as the company didnt bothered about the bloody customers..........onnce again comapny cheating .....

moreover company promises hassefree service is the service i am getting hasslefree......
