Dear Sir,
I have purchased a HP Pavilion DV4-1131TX laptop on 21st December 2008 from Real Time Computers.On 17th Dec 2009 I faced heating issue on my laptop because of which it was stopped working many times and due to multiple unexpected shutdown i have lost my important data .I contacted HP service center to address the issue on 18th Dec 2009.Initially they asked me to sumbit the invoice copy which i submitted immediately.Then they asked me to submit stamped copy of tax invoice.I had contacted the shopkeeper and after multiple follow up the for same , with shopkeeper had provided the stamped copy of tax invoice to HP service center(SimTech Computers (P) LTD.).Then they asked me to submit dealers copy of tax invoice.Again after follow up the issue with shopkeeper multiple times they provided me the same.
After checking their records HP service center manager told me that the shopkeeper has sold me the laptop out of warranty and refused to repair the laptop under warranty .I contacted the shopkeeper and ther are telling that they have sold me the product under warranty and it will be under warranty till 21st DEC 2009 while as per HP service center my warranty has been expired on 5th OCT 2009.It was a traumatic experience because most of the time the service center and shopkeeper didn't responded or addressed my problem and both parties are not ready to resolve the issue.
I request you to address this issue on priority as i have faced lot of problems and psychic trauma because of this issue.
