    I had purchased "HCL NOTEBOOK P19 PDC T2060" on 26 november 2007
    at that time dealer told me that warranty of my laptop is 3 year and he also give me warranty card of 3 years .
    recently on 4 january 2010 my laptop hard disk stop working.and next day i went to hcl service center and they told me that we can't fix your problem because your laptop warranty is already expired because your laptop warranty was 1 year .then i contact to dealer he told me submit zerox copy of bill and warranty card and wait for 4 days after that your laptop warranty will be 3 years .i have submit all documents and after 4 days I try to contact him, his cell phone is switched off .then i go to shop from where i had purchased the laptop and his servent told that is he is out of station .


    sir please tell me what i do now ???
    should i complain on consumer court ??

    Hello,

    Send a written notice to the CMD of HCL and to the dealer via registered post, mention all the details in it and ask them to repair your laptop within the mention time of 15-20 days, else you will drag them to the consumer forum.
    Visit: Notice before filing consumer complaint for notice reference.

    I had purchased "HCL NOTEBOOK P38 PDC " on 21 august 2009
    at that time dealer told me that warranty of my laptop is 1 year and he also give me warranty card of 1 years .
    recently on 25 may 2010 my laptop keypad is not workng most of keys like I U R O is out of oder.and next day i went to hcl service center and they told that they dont have spare parts.and gave me one phone no to contact.bt sir when ever i contact their phone dont responce.and today i went there again now they are askng for hclcustomercare complaint nomber.now problum is your customer care phone no is not working.


    sir please tell me what i do now ???

    Any complain against hcl laptop, send a written notice with all detail about hcl laptop. Send it to either hcl company or dealer of hcl via registered post. Best to visit hcl website.

    I bought a HCL NOTEBOOK , PRODUCT CODE : AXOP3838, P38 PDC (serial number:4094X372470) on 25th july 09 from SSDN INFOSOLUTIONS G-7/96 SIDHARTH NEHRU PLACE .
    This LAPTOP includes a warranty period of 1 year (25th JULY 09 to 25th JULY 10 ) under warranty card # 10635748.
    This system went wrong for the first time on 5-2-10 when the system was SUDDENLY SHUT DOWN WITH BLU SCREEN . I have sent this to the HCL workshop , noida . This made me lose all the data that was stored in my computer. they gave me that after 15 days and told now it's ok . but the problem remains same . again and again .

    finally , sir , i have visited there three times but all time they returned after a week and told now its ok BUT PROBLEM IS NOT SOLVED TILL I 'M WRITTIN THIS MAIL TO U . PLZ TELL WHAT I HAVE TO DO ? SHOULD I GO TO THE CONSUMER COURT >?

    If you are facing the same problem with your HCL NOTEBOOK again and again even after many repair by the Parent company, it means the problem is irreparable and the product is faulty and need to be replaced. For that you need to register your complaint with their Customer care, and in case you are not satisfied with Customer Care response then send a written notice to the CMD of HCL, mention all the details in it, attach all the photocopy of relevant documents like bill, and the job sheet and ask them for the refund/replacement within the mentioned time in the notice.
    Wait for their response and revert us back.

    my name is shakti deo. I had purchases laptop on date of 15 oct 2009 same date writen by shoper on my warranty card, but on your system purchase dateed show 25 aug 2009 and also custmer name and address is also different. All information of my laptop is given below

    Dear Sir,
    I purchased a hcl me 38 series notebook in january this year.. Now battery of ma laptop is not giving proper back up.. Company claims for 2 hours but it does not work for more than 1 hour and gets heated so much. I contacted to a concerned person in HCL's office gurgaon but they told me that battery and adopter contains a replacement warranty for only 6 months. where it is mentioned 12 months in hcl product info. book provided with the laptop. Sir plz tell me what should i do ? Hoping for a early response

    I PURCHASE A HCL LAPTOP ONLINE. MODEL IS AEIV0953X HCL ME XITE M 05; SERIAL 7101AE033818 ;INVOICE NO. 6710002503 Dt. 03/09/2010. IN C-DRIVE TOTAL SPACE IS 10GB & WEB-CAM IS NOT INSTALLED. I GO TO 'PC ISLAND'; ROURKELA, ORISSA AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRE FOR HCL TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM. HE SAID THAT RS.600.00 I HAVE TO PAY TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM BECAUSE THEY DO NOT SOLVE SOFTWARE PROBLEM FREE OF COST.
