I purchased this dell laptop from fore soluttions, sector 40 chandigarh after joining my computer science engineering with chitkara university baddi hp. Since its purchase the laptop was not working properly having software and hardware problems. I contacted the above said dealers and they advised me to contact dell technical support. I contacted and made complaint. Firstly the dvdrom was changed on its fault, thereafter the screen was shaking and going blackout on the screen. Matter was brought in the knowledge of dealer but they again advised me to contact dell india tech.support. Thereafter entire mother board of laptop was changed, the problem was solved for some time, but again started as the laptop was having mfg. Defect. I contacted the dealer for replacement of laptop having mfg. Defect, but again they advised me to contact on webesite of dell india on tech. Support, i lodged complaint on no. Of times but with no response. I want to replace the laptop as it is under warraty period. Kindly help me for change of the laptopy either by dell india pvt. Ltd. Or by m/s fore solutions pvt. Ltd., sector 40 chandigarh or dell india pvt.ltd. Customer care centre, plot no.40a quark city, indistrial area, mohali punjab phone 0172-5020024). Due to fault screen and mfg. Defects my eye sight has been reduced and now i am using specs on both eyes and my studies have also been hampered. Kindly help me.
