I had a problem with my vostro 1510 notebook, my screen resolution shook abruptly and therefore DELL India provided me with 2 softwares i.e. one for BIOS and other for video. I downloaded these softwares and loaded them on my laptop, no screen shake happened for 2 days and on 30th december 2009, it started again, i.e. screen resolution started fluctuating and started shaking. Some times the screen goes totally black and after some it goes on. Now i am fed up from this faulty laptop having manufacturing defects in it. Earlier also since its purchase the Dvdrom had been changed by Dell on my complaint. The manufacturing defect were brought into the notice of the Dell India Technical Support and accordingly they thereafter changed the entire mother board of the Laptop. Thereafter the problem goes off some time, but again the screen shaking problem and black out of screen again persisting since long. I am writing regular mails to Dell Support Technical but not receiving any reply from them. On lodging a complaint with them a Automatic message comes on my email that Dell Tech.support will contact me, but till date nobody from the Company has contacted me over phone. The mobile numbers and residential address has already been conveyed to them. AS IT IS THE THIRD TIME THAT THE NOTEBOOK IS HAVING ANY HARDWARE PROBLEM and now i want this faulty notebook to be REPLACED BY A FAULT-FREE MODEL . This laptop has affected my eyesight due to which my eye sight has reduced and I have to wear specs on my both eyes and this faulty laptop has also hampered my studies as i couldn't carry this faulty laptop to my college. I hope you will try to understand my problem and will take up the matter with Dell India Pvt.Ltd. to replace this faulty notebook as soon as possible.I shall be very thankful to your goodself for this act of kindness.
