I purchased HP laptop in the month of June, 2009 and I was told about an offer that comes with the HP laptop. The offer was that I had to just pay Shipping and handling fee of 4000Rs to get a Motorola cell. I did send the demand draft for 4000rs but never received the cell phone. I googled around for a phone number to contact them and luckily got the redemption cell number. Whenever I asked them, they used to say that the offer has been approved and they would ship it in another week or so. Its over 7 months and I never received anything yet. If I call them up now, nobody receives the call. Please let me know the best action that I can take against HP. My laptop also started getting some display problem etc. I think I made a wrong decision in buying HP laptop. Atleast people who makes a decision to buy the laptop in the future should be cautious about these fake offers and product etc.
