Hi all,
I am facing problem with LCD screen of ACER TM5730 Laptop right from the next day of purchase. Dealer has shown me the way to service center. it has been serviced trice but still problem persist.

After putting lot of efforts behind servicing, i sent "out of court settlement letter" to ACER india (Hyderabad), but there is no response from them since long time. I have received acknowledgment. so, here i am posting my grievance for suggestions, actions, and support. Laptop details are mentioned below,
