I purchased lenovo z570 in sept last year.. and within few months y led stopped working which they did replaced on the 3rd of march 2012 n since after that my webcam stopped working and when i placed complain , as the tech visited the house said its an Physical damage and when provided with all the details of how my led was replaced and since after that it has stopped working,none of the service agent or lenovo peoples r bothered to reply me or either explain me what be the next step.my consern is if its in warrnty (complete) y should i be buying it and if its a damage done by your own agent y should i be the one pennaloised for it..since of we waiting for a proper response from all these days... im forced to log a complain in human rights because of 1 the laptop is company provided and 2nd my call are done from laptop which i have made very clear right frm the day i started facing the issue.
