I have bought a lenovo laptop y550 a month back and it has developed some hardware snags already.Their own technical service engineers have declared that its a manufacturing defect. I am deeply unsatisfied with my product and i need a replacement or if better, full cash back. Is it possible to get a full cash back or replacement of the product.
