i m saurabh rathore.. i had a problem with my lappie i.e. heating problem.. i gave my lappie to hp service center, ghaziabad...they said that i have to wait for 5 days..after 5 days they said that they didn't solve the problem..after 15 days i got back my lappie unrepaired..after 5 more days they called me and said that they have got the part of my lappie..i went there, handed over my lappie to them and got back after 3 days..next day i found that my lappie has not been repaired properly and it gets shut down within 10 minutes.. i went to hp service centre, ghaziabad again at 14 october 2009..and handed over my lappie to them for repairing..around 40 days have been passed but i still don't get my lappie back...they always says that they have not got the part of my lappie...part is in shortage...i call up them regularly but i get the same answer daily..

how can i get my lappie repaired??
should i take some official action??
