Dear sir
I have a hp pavilion laptop, Model name DV-5-1104.my laptop serial no is CNF83632FK and my laptop is under warranty till date 27-10-2009.

So in order to increase laptop warranty i bought hp care pack from RT Outsourcing service limited (551, Mota Singh Nagar,1st floor, cool road, jalandhar city, tel.no-0181-4626235)
. Cost of service pack is 5800 and i pay this amount by cash have proper proof of this.

After 10 days when i receive Services certificate from RT O.S.C The serial number mention on the certificate is CNF83632PK which is incorrect. I ask them several time to correct this mistake but they don’t want to do this i personally visit the RT O.S.L. many times.Duo all this i am very frustrated and in lot of tension i waste my lots of time .I have a proper record .

RT outsourcing services limited (551, Mota Singh Nagar,1st floor, cool road,Jalandhar city) This company make me a fool and and they do not deel with me properly .they dont give me proper respnse and information.
So i request to register my resquest
