Damage Laptop Service Tag-7L8G2BS Dear Sir/Madam,
My name is Raj Jaiswal from Pune,I recentaly brought Laptop XPS M1530 from Dell India Pvt Ltd,Banglore.
The laptop was giving shocked ,so i complaint to dell & there technician visited & found the fault & changed the motherboard & adpator on 28/01/09 & there service Event request No-780501527792
After that also the problem persist ,so i complain againg & there senior technician visited & found the fault & changed the motherboard & adpator on 09/02/09 & there service Event request No-780501546418.
However I feel as if I have been cheated by Dell by giving faluty laptop & know several times the laptop is opened & assembled,so i am not at all happy & satisfied.
Hence,i want a total replacement ,so request you to help me out.

hi raj Hey Raj,
If u are facing hell lot of problem in ur XPS then do talk strickly to the service engg.
tell them that u either they finally get fix all the issues or rather take the laptop back... for a thorough check-up at dell..
i hv one of my close frnd working at dell bangalore.
through him i got my laptop replaced.
so if u want some further help please submit your e-mail address.
i wud send u the further information regarding the replacement rules of dell..
